Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or replace products at any time.

3. Third-Party Fulfillment
Some products sold by Only Pawzz are sourced and fulfilled by third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, including Zendrop-supported suppliers. As a result, products within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Fulfillment locations, carriers, estimated delivery times, and packaging may vary based on the product, destination, supplier availability, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order. This may include orders affected by pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, supplier availability, or incorrect product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Only Pawzz is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, or other government charges may apply depending on the customer's location.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Only Pawzz currently offers shipping according to the rates and options displayed at checkout. Where free shipping is offered, no separate standard shipping charge will be added to qualifying orders.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier conditions, weather, customs processing, supplier processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. International Orders
International customers are responsible for complying with the laws and import requirements of their destination country. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar government fees may apply unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their pet's size, breed, age, health, and behavior.

Pet toys, clothing, collars, harnesses, bedding, feeding products, grooming products, and other accessories should be used according to their intended purpose and under appropriate supervision.

Regularly inspect pet products for wear or damage. Discontinue use if a product becomes damaged or presents a potential choking, ingestion, entanglement, or other safety hazard.
